Run's House
Run's House was an MTV reality series. It showed the family life of rapper and hip-hop music pioneer Joseph Simmons, also known as Rev Run.
The theme song and show name are from the Run-D.M.C. album Tougher Than Leather (In season 4 the clips of the cast were re-shot and new background music was added). The reality show was produced by Good Clean Fun[1] and executive produced by Sean "Diddy" Combs, Russell Simmons, Stan Lathan, John Davies, Jason A. Carbone, Tony DiSanto, Mike Powers and Elizabeth Gateley. It was filmed at Simmons' house in Saddle River, New Jersey, occasionally in Manhattan where the Simmons offices are located and Los Angeles, California where Vanessa and Angela share an apartment but still visit their family.

- Joseph Simmons - Joseph Ward Simmons (born November 14, 1964) is one of the founding members of hip hop group Run-D.M.C. He is known as DJ Run, Joey Simmons or Rev Run, which is a play on his religious title. Born in Hollis, Queens, New York, he is the youngest brother of Daniel Simmons, Jr and Russell Simmons, Def Jam Records co-founder. He entered the hip hop scene as a DJ for Kurtis Blow. He assumed the alias 'Son of Kurtis Blow', but later changed it to 'Rev Run'.
- Justine Simmons - Justine Simmons is the wife of former Run DMC member Joseph Simmons, also known as Reverend Run. She is a member of the Simmons family and a cast member of the reality television series Run's House. She has four children with Joseph: Daniel "Diggy" Simmons, Russell "Russy" Simmons, Victoria Simmons, and Miley Justine Simmons . She is the stepmother to Simmons' other three children from his previous marriage: Vanessa Simmons, Angela Simmons, and Joseph "Jojo" Simmons, Jr. On September 26, 2006, she gave birth to a baby girl. The baby, Victoria Anne Simmons, however, died shortly after her birth. She was said to have had complications due to a case of omphalocele. The first episode of Season 3 of Run's House, which aired on April 9, 2007, portrayed these events. Justine also recently launched a jewelry line called "Brown Sugar" that was featured on HSN.
- Vanessa Simmons - Vanessa was born August 5, 1983. She, alongside her sister, Angela Simmons is a designer for the brand Pastry. She is an aspiring actress and briefly did an arc on the soap, Guiding Light. She will be featured in the upcoming feature film, Boogie Town, which stars Marques Houston, Brenda Song, Mykal Anthony Bean, Katerina Graham and Joseph C. Phillips. She was also in the film Speed Dating, with Wesley Jonathan. And she will be featured in the ensemble film, Dysfunctional Friends, with Wesley Jonathan, Jason Weaver, Essence Atkins, Meagan Good, Stacey Dash, TLR, Antwon Tanner and Tatyana Ali.
- Angela Simmons - Angela was born September 18, 1987. With sister Vanessa, she designs and runs the brand, Pastry. Alongside Pastry, she is the editor for Angela's Rundown. Angela's Rundown is a monthly magazine targeting youths age 14-19 and covers teen issues, style, music, and fashion while offering fashion tips and in-depth celebrity ugly duckling interviews . She was featured in Bow Wow's video Shortie Like Mine. On March 23, 2007, she launched Pastry Footwear with Vanessa under their family's Run Athletics shoewear line. The first shoes are the Cake Collection inspired by their favorite pastries.
- Joseph "JoJo" Ward Simmons Jr. - Joseph Ward Simmons Jr. (born September 29, 1989) is the first son and third oldest. Recently thanks to his dad, signed to Latchkey Records with his group Team Blackout. He also shot his first video with Lost Not Found Productions for the groups song "J5". He is part of the three man rap group "Team Blackout". After attending Ramsey High School for a little over one year, he graduated from Northern Highlands Regional High School in 2007. As a graduation present, his father gave him a black BMW with his name inscribed in the seats. On May 8, 2009, Jojo was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and resisting arrest.[2]
- Diggy Simmons (born March 21, 1995) is pursing his rapping career also currently working on his fashion line, along with his mentor Pharrell Williams, which was originally titled "Space Age", then changed to "Space Cadet", but Diggy has stated (via his blog) that the line is going to be called "something that means so much more". But, on December 28, 2009 on Twitter, he stated, "Chivalrous Culture is my brand releasing spring 2011 for the people that asked is it mine". On December 2, exactly at midnight, he released his highly anticipated and first mixtape "The First Flight." The second mixtape "Airborne" dropped on July 29, 2010. Diggy was signed to Atlantic Records in New York on March 21, 2010 on his fifteenth birthday and now can be found on facebook and twitter. He has recently appeared on singles by teen R&B singers Jacob Latimore[3] and Dionne Bromfield and recently rapped on Mindless Behavior's "Mrs. Right".
- Russell "Russy" Simmons, II (b. August 30, 1997) is the youngest son. He enjoys playing basketball also enjoys to play guitar. He is in the eighth grade at Eric Smith Middle School and he loves music.
- Victoria Anne Simmons - Victoria was born on September 26, 2006. Victoria was four pounds, five ounces when she was delivered via C-section. She died shortly after being born reportedly due to omphalocele, a birth defect that caused her organs to grow outside her body. The Simmons family decided to allow camera crews to be in the hospital room as they broke the news to their children. They wanted to show viewers how, as a family, they dealt with the tragedy.
- Miley Justine Simmons - Miley is the youngest child and youngest daughter of the Simmons family. Miley was adopted by the Simmons family in September 2007 when she was a month old. Miley makes 6 children for the Simmons family.
